For Zaha Hadid’s first permanent building in New York City we helped create everything for its sales experience. Identity, collateral, website, an artist monograph, residence book and sales gallery experience. To honor both the iconic architect’s legacy and the building’s Manhattan location amongst Chelsea’s art galleries, the branding leans into her significance in the art world to position the residences as 39 unique works of art. A luxury project, the identity aligned itself with the high-end minimalism of luxury brands where every experience needed to communicate the inherent worth and significance of a Zaha Hadid.
